To add a guest, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Guest List section.
2. Click on Add Guest.
3. Fill in the guest's name, email, and/or phone number.
4. Save the entry.

You can also bulk import guests using a CSV file.

Yes! Appaon allows you to send invitations via:

• SMS
• Or both, depending on the guest's contact information

You can also customize your message before sending.

Absolutely. While composing an invitation, choose the Schedule Send option and pick a date and time for delivery.

Yes. You can personalize the content of your email or SMS message using dynamic placeholders like:

• Guest name
• Event date
• Event location

In your Dashboard or Guest List, you'll see a live status for every guest:

• ✅  Confirmed guests
• ❌  Declined guests
• ⏳  Pending responses

You'll also get live status updates once an invite is opened or responded to.

Yes. You can easily filter out guests who haven't responded and click Resend Invitation to follow up with them directly.

Their updated status will automatically reflect in your dashboard, and you'll receive a notification if you have notifications enabled.

Yes, Appaon lets you export your guest list along with RSVP statuses to Excel or CSV format for offline access or reporting.

No installation is required. Guests can respond directly from the link sent via email or SMS — no app download needed.
